Picked this spot because it is between Cody and the Yellowstone. We stayed here a week. It is a bit too far from Yellowstone as far as the drive goes but we managed. It did give us easy access to horseback riding (Boulder Basin Outfitters!), the night rodeo, great restaurants and the Bear Tooth Highway. If you are staying for Yellowstone, expect to drive if you want a little of everything, this is a great place. No sewer hookup, so we had to hook back up twice during the week and dump. Park was clean, quiet and well maintained.

Nice new paved pull through camp sites and a beautiful setting. Expensive at $25.00/night for DRY camping and the PAY FOR showers having only cold water. Come on Wyoming, you can do better than this.

North Fork campground has newly paved streets and LONG level pull through. First circle with water and 50 amp is reservation only. Second circle is 50 amp walk in. Third circle is dry camping walk in. There is an additional circle of dry camping down closer to the river and also tent sites with wind breaks. There is not a bad site in the entire park. This place is AWESOME!

Beautiful campground with amazing views.
We spent 3 nights here on site 2, 30
amp electric and water, pull thru. This site is big rig friendly.
Level blacktop site with fire ring and picnic table.
Site 1 is very short suitable for small campers. Sites 1 thru 10 have electric and water.
Pit toilets.
Friendly and helpful State Park staff.
Some road noise.
Reservations are recommended for the electric and water sites. I made mine on the user friendly Wyoming state park website. $22 a night.
Convenient to Cody, Wyoming.
We stayed here in a 27 ft class a towing a jeep.

This is a great campground. All of the sites are pull thru, paved and pretty level. It's far enough from the highway so there is little or no noise. We are spending 3 nights in the dry camping area which is first come first served. At 5pm, we had our pick of over 6 available sites. Each site has a fire ring and concrete picnic table. Be prepared for mosquitoes.

Very clean. Close to the water. Vault toilets. Distance between sites is a big plus. Just off the highway, but road noise is minimal.

What a beautiful park! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and we felt well taken care of. The site is close to the highway, so there is some highway noise all night, but the view, lake and staff make up for that. No complaints!
