Kinda tourist trap. Adequate site. Decent restaurant/bar with live music. Just an overnight stay

Stay if you have too.
This operation is trying to make a dime any old which way and it shows. They should just get in the carnival biz and sell pony rides & turn this into a long-termers RV park and stop trolling with Pass Port America.

Overpriced for what they offer, the road is horrible inside the rv park, l was walking around and l saw a man putting water to the ostriches, and slapping them, the employees doesn’t look very happy working there!

This park sits yards off I-25 so the traffic noise was loud and constant. Laundry and showers were open 24 hours and the trading post was open 8 am to 8 pm. The steakhouse was excellent and we received a 10% off coupon when we registered. The price was a bit much for semi level gravel site, but the animals and atmosphere were worth something. We probably won’t stay again but would go back to the steakhouse.

Stayed here May 6-7, 2018 at recommendation of friends we’re traveling with. Park has a lot to see for kids and adults. Farm animals, souvenir shop and bison.
This park has a lot of potential but is very expensive for off season. If you come to take advantage of the Passport America price, GREAT one night stay but to charge almost $50 a night for gravel sites, grass that hasn’t been mowed, Highway noise is way too expensive. Little to no attention has been made to the RV Park.
They should offer a 5-7 night Passport America price during off season. We enjoyed ourselves here with the train ride (not a real train) but will only come for the one night special price.
Our recommendation is based on staying at RV Parks and campgrounds across the country.

Worst campground of our 2500 mile trip. Neighbors sewage hookup was under our awning. Smells were horrible. Very run down.

As others had remarked, lots to do but everything generally run down. The campsites were dirty with buts, papers and bottlecaps on the ground. Everything including the attractions seemed to suffer from lack of attention.

We dry camped here during the Cheyanne Frontier Days Rodeo. There were lots of hook ups and it didn't seem like they were all being used every night but the overflow dry camping worked fine for us. Two playgrounds, horseback rides ($40 per person) train rides to feed the bison ($15 per person), two restaurants, general store, and lots of other things to see and do. A neat place!
