As others have stated, the RV sites are essentially a gravel parking lot, but level with convenient hookups. Plenty of room for our 24 ft rig. Not necessarily a place that we’d want to spend more than a couple of nights to visit the area, but it was perfect for a one night stop over in the area. Laundry room was clean, had 4 washers and dryers, reasonably priced with a change machine. Bathrooms were clean. Walking areas along the river and very close to the fort museum. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Perfectly adequate for our needs and would not hesitate to return if we are back in the area.

All gravel campground. Pretty level. Appears to be mostly long term campers (year round). Cable TV no longer available. There is free WiFi. Kids playground. Path along North Platte River and fishing ponds. We spent just one night but it was pleasant and would stop here again.

Spring is an excellent site manager. We overnighted here 11/4/21. It was so great to find hot showers and working toilets this time of year. Easy access to restaurants and city parks. Several long term guests on premises. We would live to stay here again.

This isn’t a bad park - mostly gravel for the rvs not sure of the tent area - a little costly fir what it is but is in walking distance of the fort Caspar historic site
Definitely want to make a reservation

We considered three campgrounds in Casper, and this one seemed the cleanest and safest, and with the river surrounding it, the most integrated with nature. We arrived after hours to tent camp, and the host was extremely friendly and accommodating via telephone. The price was right. The ground was level and there were grassy areas for the tent, though some spots were muddy due to ongoing mist and rain. We felt pretty safe there and got a good night's rest.

Barely a 3... very friendly people, clean facilities, kids play area. The tent area is nice - shaded little corrals. The RV area is just a crowded parking lot. Okay if you need to crash for a night and plan to stay inside your RV

Accommodating, but gnarly. Zero shade. Fine as an overnight, but not a place you want to stay very long.

Yes, many working permanents here, sites not too big. Staff is friendly, pull-throughs are good for one or two night's stay. Wouldn't pay full price, but Passport America is a good bargain at $20 a night (can stay two nights).
