A fav of ours while en route. Level sites, good amenities, clean and quiet. And, a cute town to explore. Must check out the 1870s Occidental Hotel. Thursday nights are jam night in the pub…good music! We always look forward to our stay at this campground.

We really enjoyed this campground. It’s clean and quiet. The spacing is adequate and similar to most campgrounds now days. The campground is covered in large, mature trees and the lots all have grassy areas. The Wi-Fi is actually really strong…which is not something we typically see at campgrounds. The bathroom facilities are well lit and clean. There is a stream running thru the back of the property and an area for tossing balls with the dogs. Our lot (H1) was level and included electric, water, sewage and cable…all well maintained at the site. Overall, we were well pleased with this campground.

This Park charges a premium price for sites that are not level. Bathrooms are adequate. All sites are very close together. I would suggest choosing a different location

Nice campground and good location, walking distance to nice little downtown. Reasonable amount or room/privacy. WIFI a bit off and on.

I was really disappointed with this campground . Sites are jammed in closer than any I’ve been at before. It was so crowded, so congested the first thing I did was close all my shades so the neighbor couldn’t see in. Claustrophobic campground is how I would describe this. Almost no place to walk the dog.

This campground is very nice. We were camped in the back in the satellite friendly sites. The road back there is a bit tricky but doable. The area had lots of nice grass for the pups and we thoroughly enjoyed our night here. The owner was nice and helpful. We would stay here again. We camped here in a 40’ class A towing.

Our second stay here over the past 3 years. Will always make travel arrangements to stay here. All services were/are excellent. Sites are shaded & well maintained. We had full hook up on level site. The Dash restaurant is nearly on campus and their fried chicken was excellent. This is a local favorite. Stayed one night with our 30’ Airstream. Excellent accommodating staff! A five star for sure.

A really nice friendly RV park in a great little town! Level sites, lots of trees and very clean facilities. As advertised within walking distance of restaurants and the Clear Creek walking trail. The location is very convenient to the downtown area of Buffalo and other attractions in the area. The owners are super friendly and helpful and really are concerned about the guests. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The sites are level, the laundry is in the office, which is actually nice. However. The wifi was unusable. Couldn’t get a webpage to load. Twice I went to the office and asked about it. They said it is choked down to prevent streaming, which is fine, but I couldn’t use it for anything. I showed the guy how long it took for a website to load....he was surprised, but then didn’t care and went about his business. Would I stay here again? Yes, if I had enough data. Also..pool was heated but not all that warm.

We look forward to our yearly stay here. Sites are level gravel with grass between sites and mature trees. All of the employees are friendly and the facilities are clean. There is a steakhouse and ice cream shop across the street.
