I have been coming to this RV park, on and off, for the past 20 years, and it can best be described as 芒鈧�艙consistent mediocrity芒鈧�聺. It never gets worse but neither does it get better. Mainly a seasonal campground for permanent 5th wheelers (almost all of which are in good shape) the transient sites are nice with many on the river or a small creek. There is reasonable space between the units. Most are full hookup but the included cable is unreliable. Of the 80 channels shown I was only to get a couple of dozen, none of which were local network. The restrooms were marginal and very limited for such a large campground for people like me that do not wish to put solids into their RV芒鈧�鈩�s black water tank. The park芒鈧�鈩�s location is convenient to downtown Elkins (10 miles) and Seneca Rocks (25 miles) and even the scenic Canaan Valley (30 miles). I am sure that I will return in the future.

Very nice campground, and very well managed. the owners keep it nice and are available if any problems arise. No issue with any of the hook ups. have always been reliable for us. They always try to have interesting and fun activities and they vary the throughout the season.

The campground is very nice. The restaurant Smoke in the Water has excellent food at reasonable prices. If it wasn't for dogs barking all night and the loud music coming from Bella's restaurant until after 1am right in the middle of the campground, I would give a higher rating.

The campground is beautiful, right on the river, and I don't like to complain, but the sewer for camper hook ups, has a foul odor. Like the sewer is not flowing. And our camper electricity keeps blowing the breaker and hardly can power put microwave. I have to other campers with me at different sites with full hookups who are experiencing the same problem. We are going to find a new campground next year. Bath house needs cleaned and when showering the hot and cold water loses pressure. :-(
