Found this adorable, locally owned campground from a recommendation of another local. Though it’s not fancy, it provided clean and tidy showers/ restrooms, sewer, electric and water for RVs, tent sites, picnic tables, fire rings, free firewood and free Wi-Fi!! Some shady spots available and located on a road but without too much road noise.
This is located in a zone without cell signal due to the Greenbank Observatory which mandates a low EMF zone for the radio telescope but the Wi-Fi was excellent at the campground.

A small sturdy campsite, recently updated water and electric. We stayed one night. Quiet. No real amenities but we were there off season (March). OBTW NO cell coverage in this part of WV.
