Mike and Cheryl here. We have a 44 foot Class A RV. Here is my review of Greenbrier River Campground.
Road to: Overall good, but a little narrow, and twisty at times.
Road inside: Mostly gravel but they do have a few potholes.
Trees: All well trimmed.
Check in: Medium size office right at entrance.
Parking: Small size parking area along entrance road.
Seasonal campers: Some, mainly the work campers.
Signage: good
Site 24: Gravel pad, slightly unlevel. Had table and fire pit. Site does not drain rain well. The 50 amp service is only 30 amps. No view of the river. Sites are close to each other.
View: No view.
Site spacing: Poor spacing.
Bathhouse: Did not see.
Laundry room: Did not see.
Swimming pool: None, but you can swim in the river.
Club house: No.
Fitness area: No.
Restaurant: No.
Grounds: OK, but could use some nicer landscaping. Could use improvements on the rain drainage. .Could provide a deck in the back to see the river.
Air TV: None.
Wifi: Good.
So here is the bad:
1) Road in the campground needs improvement.
2) Sites need rain drainage improvements.
3) Need to fix the 50 amp service so it is 50 amps.
4) Sites are too close to each other.
Here is the good: Location to the river. They provided paddling and tubing. Everyone was very nice.
Not sure if I would come back.

Nice family run campground on a beautiful river. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. Nice camp store. Bathrooms are clean and modern. RV sites have all utilities including TV (but who would want it in this beautiful area!). The sites are small and the campground is nestled between a road and a moderately busy train track. We were aware of these during the day, but it was quiet at night. There is lots to do here! The offer Corn Hole, volleyball, basketball, a great playground, and then there are all the river activities! We prefer campgrounds with larger sites, but other than that, this is a wonderful little gem. Office hours are 9:30 to 5, and the campground fills up. Be sure to call for reservations during the day!

This place is awesome. We moved to WV and needed a place to stay long term while we looked for a house. The owners and staff are very kind. The park is on the small side which is actually what makes it great. Everyone in the park knows each other and has a great time. The river is absolutely beautiful and fun to walk along. The park rents out tubes and kayaks for the guests. We did both and had a blast. The grounds are kept very clean and well maintained. Make reservations early because getting a spot is difficult at times. Would recommend this park to anyone.

Loved this park. We had the super site- while it was next to the road, it didn’t bother us. Staff was super friendly. WiFi was great. Our dog loved walking down by the river. Being end of the season, not busy. Trains on thenn by opposite side of river- was great for train loving son.
