We stayed 3 nights in June, 2022. It is mostly semi-permanent sites but there are some transient sites such as the one we used. It was o.k. overall but the sewer connection was quite a long ways from our connection and the sewer input was much higher than ground level. I used FOUR waste hoses to reach the sewer input and then there was an 8" step up to the opening. We paid for full hook-ups but is was more like electric and water. A dump station would have actually been much less trouble. IF you go there, make sure you have lots of sewer hoses.

nice place to camp but needs better customer service. Expensive and not as many activities as they used to have.
