I have been going here close to 20 + years I was Draw to it because my brothers told me I would love the bathrooms. They are not fancy but they are the cleanest I have seen. I like the canal where you can tie up your boat out of the winds and out of prying eyes. The owners are friendly and helpful
My only negative is not a lot of water and 30 amp hook ups

Clean for what it is. Residents are not very clean though. Skip it if you can.
