State park along Mississippi River. Very quiet except when trains go by. North Campground has electricity. South campground has sites right next to river channel, but no electricity. No generators allowed signs posted.

Merrick is next to the Mississippi River so it has great access for fishing and kayaking. The sites are roomy enough for an RV, yet, some are secluded and good for tenting. The only downside is the trains that can be heard near the park. The positive aspects far outweigh this negative. Love Merrick
