Camp sites are HUGE. All but a few are on asphalt pads and level. A ton of things to do: cycle, fish, canoe, swim, mini-golf, shuffleboard.... Firepit at every site. I stayed here 5 weekends in a row while I was working on adjacent Ft McCoy and can芒鈧劉t wait to come back for pure R&R! I was very impressed with this campground. One note regarding proximity to the post - you will hear the post bugle calls and there are 8 a day. Also both small arms and large ordnance can be heard from the nearby ranges (note if you have PTSD issues). I consider those 芒鈧搕he sounds of freedom芒鈧, and they didn芒鈧劉t lessen my wonderful experience. The rest of the time it is very quiet, with the occasional sounds of families having a great time!

You will be hard pressed to find a campground with more space between sites. The site we are on (52) would fit at least four sites in what we have right now! Supper quiet, wildlife everywhere - we just had four deer cross our site. Hiking trails next to the La Crosse River for miles. Oh yes, and a lake to swim in with a cold natural spring right in the middle. We love it here.

But overpriced without a view!

Spacious Family Camp. Well laid out with top notch accommodations. I have never seen any campground with so much space between RV spaces. Cable TV has 61 channels. Mini Golf, paddle boats, decent sized trout (17"+) from the pond. Bike paths are good and there are nice playground facilities. Highly recommended.

Beautiful park with 115 sites, back-in & pull-thru. Cabins, trailers, etc available for rent. Lots to do; super fun minature golf course. Friendly staff. About 15 miles from town. Highly recommend.

Nice big sites. Big office staff. Lots of things to do and lots of room to do it. Yes, wash RV and hang cloths.
Civilians alowed.
Outside gate campground but on base property and well of the road..
Loved it and will go back.
