Clean quiet Campground a few miles off the main road, but worth driving it. Sits on top of the hill overlooking farmland. No sore hookups at each campsite, but Tom has one of the best waste dump set up I’ve ever seen. You don’t even have to get your own sewer hose out. 20 minutes to house on the rock, cave on the mounds, the mustard, museum, Walmart, the grumpy, troll brewery, and other spots.

A great campground to destress after a day of driving. Lots of grassy hills to power walk for 5 miles. We were in site 56 on the hill. Level on hard grass. Corn fields surround the campground. Visited cheese factory/stores in Arena. Grounds are very nicely manicured and has large open grassy areas for dog walking. We were in a 40 ft motorhome with a tow.

We came to the area to see Taliesin, the house on the rock, and to do some cheese tours. This campground, carved out of farm country, sits up on a hill and offers nice surrounding views and is very quiet. There are no sewer hook ups, but the community showers are good. We had a day of very heavy rain and the grassy campsites held up very well to the rain with no mud problems. The hook ups are placed between sites, thus it is necessary for campers to be parked in opposite directions. This was not a problem for us because they put campers in every other site, since they weren’t full. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, but our Verizon coverage was OK. The TV reception allowed us to pick up about 20 channels. We camped in a 36 foot fifth wheel.
