Hard pack and gravel pads and streets. No sewer, and you pay extra for the honey wagon. They do have a dump station for which you don’t have to pay. Lots of stuff for kids to do, but you need to pay extra for it all.

Was not impressed. Their prices are higher than KOA and no dump with power and water. Also not a lot of people, hey folks it’s summer time. Front desk needs help, not a friendly happy person which should have been our first consern. Showers not clean 25 cents, nice hot water. Overall this would be a last resort to stay at.

We were excited to be camped across from the playground for our toddler, although it rained during our entire week stay. Everything was very overpriced. Having local family stop by for even an hour costs $7.50 every time. This was not what we hoped it would be, sunshine and an endless budget would’ve helped make the trip more enjoyable.

very accommodating staff, fun pond, no internet option, unique but overpriced activities unless you get an unlimited pass for $20.

Spent one night in a 5th wheel. Pull through sits are narrow, a 32 ft'r with truck fills the length of the site. A regular site would have been better for us. Clean power & grounds. Baths/showers were clean, although a bit outdated. Quiet location & I enjoyed the farm & other penned animals on site. I would stay here again. Great for up to 3 or 4 nights.
