This proved to be a lovely and quiet campground. Owners were so helpful and friendly. We had a full hookup site # 14 which wasn’t the best but tolerable. A bit unlevel with quite a slop out the door. There are much better sites but the best go quickly at this very nice campground. Bathrooms are clean and there is one washer and dryer. Nice playground for children. We stayed on a Thurs, Fri, Sat, night. All was quite. A mix of young and old and very friendly campers. Water and electric hookups were just fine. The only reason for 4 stars is our campsite. A few just need a little work. The majority are level and spaced nicely. Ones one the inner circle and down the hill are not as desirable in my opinion. They do have a strict check in policy, but if you are aware upfront it’s no problem. They are family run and do a great job. Lots to do in the area. I’d stay again if in the area.

Older park with lovely new owners! They are very helpful and getting things in shape quickly. Even will run you into town and pick up which was awesome! Showers are average price compared with other facilities.

A young couple have just purchased this campground and are working very hard to accommodate their campers. This is a handy and pretty setting. They don’t quite have all the bells and whistles in place, but given a short time and you can tell this campground will be one of the best around. So nice to see owners really trying hard to make everyone enjoy their stay.

+:Quiet, nice location

The showers are extremely expensive, 1,50 $ for 5 min! The owner claimed, they were

First, this is our third time camping and first time in a private campground. Check in was smooth and Mary told us how to find the trail so we could bike to Bayfield. We had a nice full hookup site that was level and had shade trees. The campgrounds was 3/4 full but really quiet in the evening and early morning. We biked to town and took ferry to Madeline Island for a day of biking. We camped in a 33 foot Motorhome, no toad, just bikes. Overall the campground was clean, well maintained and a pleasant experience for us.

Nice campground. I found it clean and close to the area's attractions. However, the campground hard several rules, which I do agree with. They did however take it to an extreme by having "fines" of $25.00 should you commit an infraction. I felt that it was to the extreme and had the flavor of a third world dictatorship.
