Nice little City Park right on Lake Superior. 30 amp with water on the sites with a dump station at the entrance of the park. Sites are first come first serve. Sites are gravel and level with a very nice paved bike trail that runs for miles. Everything is close, within 5 minutes including Walmart, Dairy Queen and restaurants. The park is pretty busy with a beach, boat ramp and bathrooms for the locals. $40.00 nightly off the water and $45.00 if you want lakefront. We stayed 4 nights and explored the area. Stayed in 44鈥 Class A.

Nice location close to downtown..There芒鈧劉s a nice bike trail full circle along the lake to west end of town and goes across Hwy 2 through prentice park then back east all the way to Walmart at the east end of town then crosses Hwy two at the Toyota dealer before ending up back at campground. Dump station is located at the entrance and is not on level ground so depending on where your tanks are located they may not drain fully. Your right on Lake Superior so that芒鈧劉s a good memory to savor. Gravel sights are ok with electric and water in good working condition. This is a seasonal park. The winter can get rough so the park shows weathering. I get that $40 a night seems like a lot but you have to squeeze time to make up for revenue.

Great park! No reservations allowed so its best to show up on a Tuesday/Wednesday. Can stay up to a month. Each site has Electric/Water. Dump is available at the entrance. Was really upset about Bathrooms being closed during Pandemic. Really?? Instead they setup a porta-pottie? Also the play ground was open? Talk about contradiction. The park itself was very clean and very well cared for. Park is literally right on the shore of Lake Superior. Beautiful sunsets, awesome view of the lake. Very central location so you can see other sites around Ashland, WI

Right on the lake, large sites. Close to town. One downfall is there is no WiFi. Advertised that they have WiFi. I would stay here again

It's a nice park, quiet and great view of the lake. Only minus is Verizon is spotty, streaming does not work. WiFi here doesn't work at all.

What a great place! I was there September, 2018, and enjoyed my stay! Nice grass sites, lake view sites, with water, electric and a dump station. Convenient for boaters with launch next door. Bike/Walking paves trail runs through the park. Walking distance to downtown芒鈧漡o see the murals on the buildings! I will be back!

Nice clean park on the water. $30 water and electric. There芒鈧劉s a walkway out along the waterfront. Showers are in the boat launch area at one end of the park. We arrived at 1:00 pm on a Friday and got the last spot. #2 across from the water. All the waterfront spots are full.

We really lucked out on this place! We got the last available spot. It's first come first serve UNLESS you reserve for a month. This time of year (July) many folks do, apparently. Huge grass sites right on the bay. Electric and water hookups with 2 dump stations. There is only one bath/shower building for the whole campground and it was just so-so. There is a bike trail that goes all around Ashland and a 60+ mile dirt trail. We enjoyed our stay and plan to go back if we ever pass that way again.

Beautiful setting for an RV park... The sites are large, level, and the park is well maintained. The washrooms need some work, they are showing their age. Great WiFi connectivity for checking emails and planning travel routes. The park is paved and there is a walking oath near waters edge. The park is flanked by a road that dead ends beside the park and a parking lot for day use picnic area. So you can have a number of non registered people wondering thru the campground. I would not leave anything out at night. The sheriffs office does patrol the park at night, so again, it would not be a good idea to leave anything out at night. The services were great for the price, for water and 30 amp services. Lots to see, good shopping services near by and a Dairy Queen at the top if the hill. Park hosts Joe and Joe great park rep's a pleasure to meet!
Would stay again. Lovely town, very nice park.
