Management is beyond rude. They are loud and rude. Extremely confrontational when it's not necessary. It's dirty. Nothing for children to do, and the dog area is always covered in dog feces. Bathrooms are run down and most of toilets and showers are broken. The WiFi only works if you sit in front of the office. It's just a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Listen folks the "new owner" is not the actual owner and hes done squat to actually improve on this drunkin cess pool. What Robert and his unpleasant wife do is harass and harang tenents and water weeds but little else. His wife stomps around delivering eviction notices to people for ridiculous reasons. They both complain about peoples dogs, and are absolutely not dog friendly as claimed. They allow every degenerate fruutcake that pulls up to rent a spot so his claim of "evicting" undesirables is a big load of crap. His wife recently atracked and viciously assaulted a disabled woman during an argument actually dragging her back into her office so she could continue the assault . Roberts wife is near 350 lbs and this disabled customer is less then half of the womans size. It was ugly.
This park shares a busy 1-90 off ramp with a giant sprawling Petro truck stop. As a result a semi truck about every 3 to 5 minutes exits the freeway and the off ramp is about 50 yards from this rv cess pool and the drivers All use compression Jake brakes". Roooaaarrr bab bap bap bap bap bap bap bap bap bap bap bap! 24/7 mind you. Also the owners have a lovely little pond of sewage behind the office. The cesspool is a fixture that defines the way this disgusting property is managed. The electrical service is inadequate and most cant operate A/C in the summer without kicking breakers. Many laws are broken by these two and i wouldnt recommend to anyone to stay here. The owners and these two who manage(haha) dont deserve the money

Management Response: hello this is to disgusted in spokane on our park you were probably some evicted for not following the rules we have been working and cleaning up the park it is a slow process as far as any assault you were not there you dont know but for every one else a crazy woman mad because of the rules did come to the office and tried to attack me and did attack my wife they ended up on the ground after after she hit and grabbed my wifes hair and drag her down thats why when the sherriffs showed they arrested the crazy lady and she has assault charges as far as sewer issues last summer we spent over 6 grand working on it so your review means nothing and people need to know that you were just a problem and and that be the only reason your leaving this review we are glad you are gone.

We stayed there 2 nights and will never go back let alone recommend it to anyone. Some of the resident's were friendly but mostly they seemed to sit around and talk crap about others. The manager was involved in most of the conversations, calling names and obviously drunk. The worst part is the smell, it comes from the pond of sewage behind the office. Disgusting. The place should be shut down.

Permanent residents. I know, I work near here. Not recommended


Management Response: hello my name is Robert, I am the new manager of the park. I have been working on cleaning up the park grounds and I have moved out
all undesirable people from the park we offer month to months sites and have pull through's open for over night and short term stay. My goal is to make this a nice place for people to stay or visit.

Stopped for an overnighter. I think they only had 2 open spots. The rest of RV's appear to be permanent or semi-permanent. Not the kind of place I prefer to stay in.
