The sites are mostly out in the open, no trees or shade. Very few people there the weekend we camped, and for some reason they placed another group right next to our site! Otherwise a nice place, not far from Burlington. Probably won’t go there again.

We used passport America and paid 50$ a night we had full hook up but site not level but they did work with us to get level site. Bath house was clean. Site was small and tight. If you don’t use pa you get moved to more reasonable size site but pay 100$ plus per night. Just not what I was thinking of for a resort

Nice grounds and well-spaced sites. There is a nice pool and library. Sadly, they advertise that there is a hot tub (which is the reason I chose this place), and they fail to disclose that it has been in disrepair and closed most of the year. There is a marina with overpriced rental rates. This was a good value only at the PA rates.

Nice campground - roomy spots and easy pull through since we only stayed 1 night. Plenty of walking paths and nice little store on site with free coffee our first morning. Great wifi!

Large park near Lake Champlain, but no lake access from park. Marina is across highway. Seems like most of the sites are occupied by long-term residents. The temporary stay sites have no shade, and are close together. The park is laid out in a very strange manner. Staff was helpful and courteous. Bath houses and laundry was well maintained. Because sites are so close together, it got a bit noisy. No cable, wifi is so slow you just give up out of frustration. Verizon cell service was iffy. Would probably not stay here again. Camped in 35 foot motor home.
