Location, location, location!! This campground is 3 miles from the Burlington Bike Path and 3 miles from the Colchester Causeway. Staff was very nice and super helpful. There’s a lot of seasonal people who are hunkered down and we were put in between them but no issues. Didn’t use Wi-Fi, didn’t use facilities.

We were supposed to stay here for most of the season, but only made it one month. We actually left a few days early and lost money, but we are so happy we moved to a neighboring campground. We were put in the back, which is tightly packed. If we sat outside, we would be sitting next to our neighbors poop tube. In fact, on the other side of us, their awning pretty much touched our camper and they leaned against our RV when eating at their picnic table. There were plenty of open sites and we asked for a little breathing room, but the guy at the front desk could have cared less. To add to the claustrophobic conditions, the thick pine trees dump sap and needles all over, while trapping all the campfire smoke around you... because everyone there wants to have a fire in the tiny tire wheel ring they provide you, regardless of how hot it is outside. We had seen enough topless men wandering around smoking cigarettes without their shirts on, so we left. While packing up to move, our choice was confirmed by the neighbor, who recently had surgery, discarding his JP drain filled with bodily fluid into the fire to burn. And on the way out, the kids that live in the house out front were literally inside the dumpster, broken wine bottle in hand, tossing cans out onto the ground. This place couldn’t get more gross.

Would pass on a single star if possible. Internet spotty at best, no cable (although advertised) and sites are old and barren. Too much money for what you get. The place might have been nice 30 YEARS AGO. Saving grace is that the area you can visit outside this dump is beautiful.

Way overpriced, nothing but dirt and a little grass to park on. Pine trees dripping all over your rig. I'd avoid this one for sure. Paid 50+tax and no cable. Of course you're never going to get a satellite shot in those trees.
