Very pleasant campground with paved roads and very wide grass sites. Staff came by to clean up after a storm and after each RV checked out. Easy access to Burlington.

Quiet, nice staff, well maintained and very clean bathrooms, private bath areas. We’ll be staying here again .

Stayed one night passing through the area. FHU sites were almost wide enough for two big rigs! Paved streets but sites are grass. There are quite a few permanent (park models) and seasonals but everything was kept neat and clean and the permanents are in their own section. They have lots of planned activities including ones for kids and good camp store with ice cream! Utilities were fine. Plenty of room to navigate a big rig with ease. Would stay again if in the area.

Spent four nights there. Nice staff. The sites were on grass and became a little muddy when we had a hard rain. We thought the site was roomy enough although not huge. Not a lot of trees. The grounds were well maintained. It is a good location for sightseeing in the northwest part of Vermont. We made day trips using it as our basecamp.

Tiniest most cramped site we’ve ever seen. Huge party featuring crowds, dogs, and fires surrounding our site. Neighbor’s fire pit right outside the back door of our van. A teeming anthill of activity around a tiny site.

We loved it here great place to spend time with grandkids who especially loved the pool and creemees. Spacious sites, friendly staff. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the lack of solid wifi. Had to use my own hotspots throughout the week for my work. But otherwise a nice, family owned spot and I will be back for sure

Well maintained, neat campground with grassy sites. Water hookup was quite far away from other utilities/hookups. Close to I 89, so you will have some road noise. Playground for kids. Lots of seasonal sites, but quiet while we were there.

The campground is beautifully maintained and immaculate. It is very much a family campground with A Lot of kids, but everyone was on basically good behavior. The location is convenient to a bay-front restaurant and some other fun locations that are less crowded than the tourist center of Burlington. The Verizon signal was strong but it was very slow. I paid for camp WiFi but it dropped out constantly and was unusable. The road to the campground had a 20,000 pound weight limit, I didn’t notice that mentioned on the website.

The staff are great and all the campers I met were great, the pizza we got from Two Brothers was wonderful. But the premium sites well are a joke! I will explain. Pull through site ok meaning it was. Now the bad no free (although they advertise it) wifi only 30 minutes if you sign up then you pay, golf carts galore, tents around you which I'm not against but do they really want to listen to my air conditioner all night (sorry don't like using AC in this situation). Fresh water at Peak times is a trickle, Sewer hook up was over 20' away, 62.47 per day ha ha my bad. This all said if I was traveling through this area again I would stay here again but only for a night if I could not find any thing else.

A great place. We enjoyed our stay, visiting family that live very close to campground, so it was very convenient. Showers are clean and $.50.
Lots of kids on the weekend. Quiet place at night. Clean and well maintained campground. The sites are a wide open field with very few trees. Lots of seasonal sites. Lots of room for large RVs. Will return!
