This is a mobile home park with transient sites for RV parking. I wouldn't give it a 5 because all of the overnight parking is on grass, but the electrical, water and sewer service is fine. The grass may get a bit soggy in the rainy season but it's fine right now. We arrived on the Monday following the Memorial Day weekend and they were recovering from a very busy weekend, so services were limited. All the same they were very accommodating, helpful and responsive. The facilities are very nice, even though they are older (bring your flip flops to the showers.) They are clean and very serviceable. There are two large pools, one for families and one for adults only. There is a very nice horse shoe pit area and children's playground. The boat ramp appears to be a little steep but if you have adequate horsepower on your tow vehicle you should be fine. The docking facilities are large, but I can't speak to depth or accessibility. The resident portion of the property is very tight, but the transient area is separate. There aren't many people here now but school isn't out yet and I think the weekends are probably more crowded. If you are planning evenings out, be sure to make arrangements with the office as the gate closes at sundown and only the residents have Key-cards to the gate!

This campground had a great layout, but the staff was very shady and lied to us several times. Had they told me the truth on the phone we would have never made reservations. The features they promised did not exist. Also got harassed by one of the regulars about a dock line in an empty slip. She screamed and attempted to be demeaning, it was beyond crazy. I would not recommend this place.
