this campground is the perfect campground! I mean clean, respectable and the staff has been great. A true military destination for my family.

Without a doubt the cleanest and most comfortable RV park we've stayed at on the East Coast. We were literally only 300 feet from the beach, short drive to resort are, shopping, farmers market, kids petting zoo farm, and restaurants, museums, downtown Norfolk. Other than DT Norfolk, nothing more than 10 miles away. Very friendly and courteous staff, excellent sites (looks brand new). Will keep coming back.

Staff a true pleasure to work with. Clean facilities. Convenient to everything, including beach, food, entertainment.

Very nicely maintained and clean campground. Very quiet except for occasional marching school formations. Beach is a minute's walk while NEX/Mini-Mart is a 5 minute walk. I used the rustic log cabin, again, and found them to still be well appointed and comfortable. Since bedding is BYO for the cabin's suggest queen sheets. That what GF packed this trip and cabin was assigned based on our bedding. Last trip we got a twin bed.
