This is our second visit to this campground. If you have kids, there are several different amenities to keep them busy. The grounds are very well cared for and facilities are clean. But, a couple things that cause me to downgrade their rating. Just like our first visit, the kids cruising around in the golf carts, at top speed and at top volume is ridiculous!! There is no enforcement over this AT ALL. Not to be mistaken by the normal golf cart parades we all participate in at other 5 star parks. This way too loud, too late at night, with kids unsupervised racing around all hours. It shouldn’t be that way! They are expanding the park adding more lots for more campers. This is a good thing. However, they need to fix the flooding issues on their existing lots before they build new. 50% of their lots flood with just a little bit of rain. Terrible! Come on guys! Lastly, don’t waste your money on the premium paved lots. They literally are on top of each other with no space to sit out. If you have slides and open them, you will likely open into your neighbors living space. Crazy. The regular lots are much larger and roomy. Just all muddy.

Really cool RV Park. We stayed on a back in site Walnut 19, which is directly across from the Waterpark front entrance. If it had been open it would have the prime location. The staff has been outstanding, super nice and very helpful. We have 4 very small children and we did play mini golf and ate yummy ice cream. Our site was also right beside one of the playgrounds which was awesome. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because they had no golf carts available for rent which meant we had to drive most places on site (you can easily walk, but with 4 small kids it’s easier for us to drive) and the biggest issue for me was all the noise at night. Golf carts driving around like it’s A1A in Miami Beach with music so loud it would shake the RV. Thankfully, I brought a sound machine for our kids bunkhouse which helped drown out some of the noise, but my husband and I barely got any sleep. We probably won’t be back until our kids are much older. However, if you have teenage kids and older, this seems to be the happening place!

This is a very nice park although sub just to mud and some flooding with lots of rain. Facilities are well kept and clean. Convenient to many restaurants. We were on Mulberry and sites are close together but paved, which was a plus in the rain. The part that made our stay less enjoyable was the actions of the many annuals here. Golf carts with sound systems blaring loud music and speeding. Loud parties at sites with DJs and Karaoke, playing music so loud our RV shook a block away. Apparently outside of the official 11pm quiet hours, anything goes.

Campsites are huge! Very friendly staff. The pools where jammed packed (both adult and kids); they need a bigger pool. Rental Golf carts are very hard to get. Overall it’s a very nice, clean, well run campground.

First time there for the Halloween II camping weekend! We have a 4 year old and had a friend 10 camping too! They loved it! Checking in was amazingly easy and then the activities were awesome! Trick or treating was great and we had about 350 kids come by the campsite! We ran out of candy and had to come up with ideas at the end lol! Overall a great time and plan on going back repeatedly! Would definitely recommend!
