Nice Easy overnight stay. Private, beautiful setting, nice pool and bathrooms. Enjoyed walking past the mascot ducks going to and from bathrooms. Would stay again.

Campground looked very nice! Spots were flat did not need to level. Late check in was easy and the place seemed very BBC lean. Only bad part was the bathroom showers were small and half of them didn’t work. We would definitely stay again

This was our second stay. Very nice park. Very organized, someone takes you to your spot. Sites are clean and services are good. Store is well equipped. Great wifi and cable.

Scheduled a stay at this campground. Was traveling home from SC. Campground was pretty wet(muddy). Not Big Rig friendly. Had to put in 4x4 to get up steep incline was spinning. After we reached site area was far from level. Couldn’t get Jack’s to keep tires on ground. Very disappointed! Aborted our stay and left. And just drove the extra 5 hours home.

What an amazing spot. Great amenities like a fenced in dog park, quiet, clean restrooms. Easy after hours check in. Only dinging a star because the wifi was quite poor

Walnut Hills Campground and RV Park is a wonderful campground. The grounds are super clean and the park is very COVID aware. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They have a nicely stock store with firewood bundles at $6.50 for a large bundle of good wood. For kids there is a very nice playground, they have a good disk golf course and a dog park as well. Our site, number 31, backed up to the pond with a beautiful view of the entire pond and surrounding hills beyond. The site was spacious with a fire pit and a picnic table and room for four chair ( or more) for sitting around and enjoying the natural beauty of the park. The campground is very easy to reach right off Interstate 81 near Staunton, VA. We went into town to do a little site seeing and were pleasantly surprised that they closed a main street to traffic so that the restaurants had ample outdoor seating. WiFi was good withing the park as was the Verizon cell service. Highly recommend this wonderful campground.

Extremely clean, and Covid aware. Saw owners sanitizing all of the playground equipment at 815pm! Sites around the lake are close together, but quiet. Beautiful sunset was had on top of the hill. All activities (frisbee golf, playground, etc) appear new and well maintained and thought out. Very dog friendly. All fencing nicely done.

Clean and quiet RV park, with roomy, mostly level site. Almost easy in and out for a 43' big rig DP, but there were a couple tight turns/obstacles. Cute store with a variety of needs and niceties.

Great campground! I was passing through for just one night with my 4 dogs. Very welcoming of pets and clean, large fenced-in dog park.
