Access was fairly simple with our reservation in an envelope at the gate office since we arrived on a Sunday. There were a ton of sites but half were closed due to the park being owned 51/49 by another party. The only group of sites with sewer were very tight to fit into. Very grassy sites. But I would not recommend this campground to anyone needing sewer. The riser for the septic was located between our site and the permanent neighbor. It began overflowing as soon as I dumped our grey tank. Seems like a little rain fills the tank and the staff have no one to pump it out regularly. Absolutely contaminated water sitting everywhere in the small full-hookup section. We moved to the pines section off of Delaware without sewer and we're able to dump at one of the two dump stations on site. Staff seem to be neglected by upper management as it's likely losing money with half the sites shut down. No real beach access.

This place is large, clean and well groomed. There are shady sites under the trees and large open grassy sites. About half the sites have electric and water. The open grassy sites have full hookups. There’s a nice pool, playground and miniature golf. There are two club houses and a dock area. We arrived in early June. They placed was pretty empty. It’s located on a peninsula with ocean on one side and river on the other. There isn’t much around it. There really isn’t beach so if you’re looking for sandy beaches this isn’t the place for you. It’s a nice relaxing place if you just want to chill out.

This place is horrible it's expensive $50.00 and after we paid they said they didn't know if there were any sites with electricity but we could look for ourselves (what?) poorly run and poorly maintained. No access to the beaches for 15 miles. And it's red neck.

Stayed here in Nov 2014. It's a nice clean park and big ! A lot of the sites don't have electric now but there is plenty that do. Showers and Laundry were nice and clean too. When you turn and head south on Upshur Neck road it narrows and you wonder if your on wrong road but just keep going straight and you end up at their main gate . The park is the only thing out on the end of the peninsula so it's really quiet and dark.
