Spent an amazing weekend relaxing on our first trip in our "new to us" RV at Cozy Acres. The staff is SO nice. Check in was a breeze. When we realized we forgot dish soap... no problem, they had it in the store (and plant of other items one may need)! Got a chance to get to know one of the owners as he is very involved in the running of the camp. He makes sure everything in the camp is care for. He even ensures maintenance is available or if too busy, provides the contact information for a mobile maintenance service. The customer service is top notch! You can rent golf carts, fill your propane, they have a wide variety of sites to rent. Yes, you should probably bring you own internet but this is common in most parks (from what I understand). Cannot wait for Virginia to move to less restrictive COVID phases so they are allowed to open the pool, clubhouse, and other amenities as cannot hold it against them for keeping them closed during a pandemic. Will be returning here for sure!!

What a great place to kick back and relax for a few days. Owner operated, well maintained, on a working farm (there was a big bull fenced in a pasture adjacent to the campsites and you could hear the occasional "moo" coming from behind the barn) . Full hookups and mostly pull through sites, however there are 4 back-in sites that had a beautiful view overlooking a pond and pasture. We were only going to stay 1 night but it was so relaxing and peaceful, we stayed an extra night. Great way to disconnect and enjoy family time It was mid-week in mid-April so it wasn't to busy. I'm sure it is a little noisier when full. There were a few families here taking advantage of the fishing pond and small playground. No problems booking a site over the phone and checking-in when we got here. We aren't in this area often, but next time we are we will definitely come back
