Great campground. RV sites are level, gravel with a few weeds. Sites are huge, all grass with fire pit and near trees. Peaceful is not the word for this campground. No major roads nearby, not in a flight path and no trains. It's what I call scary quiet after having stayed in interstate parks. After 10PM the loudest noise I heard were the crickets. The owners are the greatest !! This is a family owned and operated campground, and it shows. If they see you out and about the owners will stop by your site during your stay just to speak and make sure everything is all good. Loud boisterous party crowds? NO WAY! It is the most peaceful campground I have ever stayed in. Tent sites are very large, and shaded.

This park is about 15 miles from Hwy 29 and was well worth the slight detour to use it for an overnight stop. Good roads to the park and good gravel roads inside the park. Nice children's playground, volleyball net, covered pavilion and spotless bathrooms. Most sites looked pretty level and the sewer hookups were located at the very end of the sites. Verizon two dot LTE. Wifi is best when closest to the shower house. $25.00 for full hookups. Chinook Concourse.

Smith Mountian Campground is by far the best location for the RV kings and the people who love to tent camp. Hot showers with cleanest bathrooms. Silvia and Fred are the owners and are the nicest folks. DJ Lighting Keith Speck is the owner and operator Never a stranger in the campground. 25$ hookup fee for RV with electric excluded. Tent camping is 10$ per night with electric per day
