Beautiful park, and perfect for families! The exterior spots have beautiful views and the interior spots have tons of room for kids to run and play. We stayed here for Easter and woke up to our spot covered in eggs for the kids. Such a special surprise! Our back in spot was big enough for a 45 ft fifth wheel, truck, and van.

Nice park. Sites arranged around a large field. Pool. Pretty basic and no privacy from neighbors. Well maintained, clean and neat.

Made for the "Upper Level RV" group. Not us happy campers. A lot of "no we don't have that". Or yes Thursdays are weekend rates ??. Bring your big pocket book and do for yourself. Must be corporate owned.

Beautifully maintained campground with level sites and huge dog park. Close to Shenandoah National Park and Luray Caverns. Will definitely return!

I don’t normally stay at parks this expensive, but I had tried to stay at the state park to the north and there was no Verizon. Here as you turn into the road to the park the Verizon drops down, but the signal is excellent at the sites which are back up a hill. The park has open cattle pasture around it, allowing a fabulous view of the mountains. There is a beautiful pool and kiddie pool. I don’t have a dog but the dog park was the nicest dog park I have ever seen. I stayed in site 36, the first site up the hill which therefore has an unobstructed view of the mountains from the cement patio with picnic table, adorandak chairs and fire pit.

What a great example of a KOA campground. Very well kept and in a great location for Luray activities. The dog park was great and the pools crystal clear.
Will be going back.

We live in our RV, travelling the country, so we stay in at least 25+ RV parks a year, and whenever making plans, we look for the nicest RV Parks we can find in the area. This is certainly at the very top of any KOA we've stayed in, and it's one of the top 10% of the parks we've visited in the country. Well kept, beautiful grounds, loads of space between rigs, great facilities, two pools, quiet, nice and helpful staff . . . it's got it all.

Typical KOA, wide open sites, little privacy. Nice grassy field, some shade trees, ping pong table under a tarp tent, winds make playing tricky. Friendly staff, grounds well kept. Strange bathhouse, laundry had only 2 of 4 washers & 3 of 4 dryers working, and to use it, you hafta walk past the clean enough women & men’s restrooms, which have see-thru glass on the top half?! Site 14 is gravel, narrow, on a hill, patio an awkward step over a 4x4 post, a risky tripper coming out our rig. A nearby pasture was stinky when the wind blew from that direction. Follow their directions, GPS might send you down the narrow road coming from the Skyline Drive, which has a railroad crossing that would not be good for RVs.

4 Stars for Allstays Review: Stayed 1 night. Overall very nice property (this is a KOA Holiday property). Beautiful grounds and setting. The staff was helpful. We booked a deluxe patio site. Sites were plenty long for Coach and Tow Car and spacious. Site was situated so no RV right next door. Nice large rock/gravel coverage so no tracking into RV. Hookups good. Bathhouse was a bit dated but very clean and well kept with lots of hot water. Would definitely stay here again.
