My wife and I stayed there for one night with two of our grand kids. Our spot was a pull through 50 AMP - Full Hook up. The Full Hook up sites had two odd rules...#1 no large mats allowed and #2, No fires (although wooded sites were allowed camp fires). Lot was semi-level site with gravel and grass. We had nice shade trees and well groomed grass surrounding the pull through sites. Considering the size of the farm, the sites seemed close together and tight. This is a family campground on a working farm and one of the few options in the Northern Virginia area, so I was hoping for a diamond in the rough RV park. Unfortunately, this is a poorly laid out and rundown park. The pool (maybe covid, maybe not) was shut down and a bright green from algea and lack of attention. The 4 ponds - lack access and no up keep (No paths, waist high grass, and over growth). The playground - boarder line dangerous for kids and in sad shape. The Bathhouse - NOT CLEAN and needs up grades. Access - the road in need of repairs. Summary: This RV park seemed attractive for families...working farm, RV Park, and close to home. Unfortunately, every aspect was a disappointment, even the dirty and unsanitary conditions for the cows.

Electric and water only, very limited full hookup spots so that芒鈧劉s annoying. Expensive for non-full hookups in my opinion. Besides that everyone was nice park was decently maintained and quiet.

5 stars for the peace & quiet. 5 stars for no campfires in the FHU. 2 stars for the smell from the sewer right outside our door in S17. 3 stars for proximity to DC (the traffic!!!). Since it is a working farm, you might get the aroma of cows芒鈧漝epending on the wind direction.
