The 芒鈧搉ew VIP芒鈧 area may have long pull-thru sites, but the drive in has tight turns that were difficult for our 45-ft coach. Do not stay in VIP#1 as you will have a difficult time making the turn. This is especially true if there have been recent rains. There is not enough dry stable ground to make the turn. We were in VIP#2 and were able to make the turn芒鈧漛arely. Also, the smoke from an eternal campfire 2 sites down ruined the cool crisp mountain air.

Great place! Stayed an extra night to recover from driving thru all the east coast rain. Bath house on lower level is spotless. Laundry is clean and air conditioned, paved roads, well stocked camp store including beer/wine. Our site was by stream, very relaxing. Cornhole pit was full of water but we would not have used It anyway. We will definitely stay here again when heading to New England.

All the reviews are accurate. Nice place overall with good amount to do and well located. Almost got 5 stars but, rv spots are right on top of each other, and pool and laundry room could use cleaning. Pool water was actually kinda gross. Also, bouncy pad has had some labels torn off so now there are little pinpoint leaks where the stitching was and it makes the bouncy underinflated. But the people were friendly and the facilities were otherwise very nice and updated. Nice grounds.

Pretty nice. $45 per night with GSC discount. We had 30 amp FHU. Our gravel pad was very level. Well water. (Lots of iron) lots for kids to do. Giant trampoline, pool, spray park and more. Lots of golf carts running around. Pretty close sites. Especially when they're full. Pleasant stay

Great campground. Spacious level sites, trails to walk the dog, dog park, clean laundry room. Close to great places to eat. We will return. Camped in 37 ft. Motor home pulling a jeep.

We loved everything about this campground. The dog park is the biggest I have seen so far and the wi/fi was actually very good! Keep it up!

After Rving across the northeast for two weeks, Misty Mountain was a great reprieve. It was large and not very crowded. The only bad thing was that we got placed in a spot without any shade, which was difficult without air conditioning. The plus was that we were able to go cool off in the pool. There was only one other family there so plenty of room. They also have a cute splash park for kids. Good free wifi. Only used the bath house once but had very spacious rooms. Rooms contained both toilet and shower which were both very clean. Also has laundry room in same building as bath house. We only stayed one night but would like to go back eventually and spend more time at this park and the Charlottesville area. Charlottesville is an easy 15 minute drive away. Very easy to get on and off interstate from this park but no road noise.

This is an all around campground. Every sort of camping experience from backpacking in from the AT to big rigs. Large site. Good bathrooms. Convenient to the Skyline and Blue Ridge Parkways as well as major highways. Good stores nearby. decent wifi.

We will remember this place for future trips.

4 star ratting is for the store. Campgrounds were clean and maintained they have a well stocked store including wine, beer and golf carts. The golf carts are $60 a day. (I could rent a car for less). Great amenities for families and they are pet friendly.
