Great place. Love the location. Very rustic. Pond with geese, pool, laundry and a ok stocked store. Very friendly staff. We were here in April with a 40' Motorhome and tow. Plenty of room to maneuver. My only complaint is the site was un-level. But doable. Highly recommend for visiting the area Civil War Battlegrounds. Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, wilderness and Chancellorsville. All within 15 miles. Will stay again.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. They're crooks. Once they get your credit card number, they charge you whether or not you cancel.

This location is really nice. The people are very nice and helpful. Lots and lots of things for children to do. Every day they have a crew of people cleaning. It's very well kept. Laundry facility is small but good. Bathrooms and showers are kept very clean. Lots of nice (and relatively level) spaces to park. Can accommodate the huge RV as well. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is the Internet is almost non-existent. Very very slow! But they do tell you that up front. If you don't have a Mi-Fi you may not be able to even check e-mails without frustration.
