Conveniently located, but run down. Leaky water connections, sites helter skelter with no clear demarcations. Arrived after leaving a message, no call back. No one in the office. Looks like lots of permanent and seasonal folks, separated from the overniters. Bathrooms are unheated and badly in need of paint. Water doesn't get hot enough to shower and no locks on doors, so I passed. No wifi as advertised.
