Great small campground. We stayed in site 70 (the only pull through). It was BEAUTIFUL. We have a 38ft travel trailer and were able to park very easily for the night. Very level. Private. Bathrooms were a bit of a hike, if we hadn鈥檛 been coming down through WV we would have filled the fresh tank and been perfectly happy. Watch the little bridge on the way into the park it鈥檚 a bit tight.

Just spent a week here. Nice sites but not many had water and electric. The campground is very quiet. Hiking the nature trail is a good adventure. Well marked trail. Restrooms are clean but dated. One big watch-out芒鈧t this time, the dump station is 14芒鈧 off the ground. Transfer tanks are impossible. I hope they fix that. The sewer dump is also a long way from the water hose. Makes for an unsatisfactory dump station. All in all I would go back again.

Quiet peaceful campground. Lots of shade. Creek runs through the campground and bridges in the campground could be under water when flooding occurs. There are markers to let you know how high the water is if the bridge is under water. Lots of big level sites. Some sites with both water and electricity, others with only electricity and some without. It was as nice as we remembered it being back in 2015. Note: the dump station was open when we were here in May 2021.

Lovely forested camp. Spacious well-spaced sites. Good AT&T signal.Only about 10 miles from town but feels very remote. Discounts for seniors with federal pass. $14 electric only. $18 electric and water. No sewer. August, 2020 dump station is closed.

This is a beautifully kept, wooded and spacious campground. It is very quiet, close enough to town get supplies easily, far enough to feel remote. And, it is accessible from I-77.

Heavily wooded, quiet and ample room between sites. Long paved sites relatively level. I was in site #41. For a water and electric site I paid $17 per night even with my Lifetime Senior Pass so, it was not a 50% discount. I was happy with the 4 bars of Verizon 4G LTE. Only 7 miles from Wytheville, Virginia which has a Walmart and a Laundromat.

We loved this place!! Very quiet with nice paved sites!! Great rates for those you want water & electric or to dry camp! The hosts are amazing and so many friendly people staying inside the campground. A little creek inside the campground for kids to play in. The town of Wytheville is nearby for all you need! Also you must go to Big Walker Lookout and get ice cream!! We will come back to this place again!!
