Stayed here before good place over night. Ladies in office are so personable they make the stop fun. Would stay again. 35’ motorhome pulling car

Manager very helpful and sweet. Owners don’t do anything to upgrade. No laundry (need new machines), no propane, roads are in deplorable shape and some sites are on top of each other. Stayed there for four years and nothing ever got upgraded.

If looking for nice shower and WiFi, forget it. However, $30 get you electricity and possibly cable. . Not my cup of tea and I’ve traveled a lot of states

Not pretty and right up against a busy highway, so fairly noisey. But also not expensive, nice laundry and good wifi. Staff is the friendliest we have encountered in a LONG time

A jewel of a find thanks to Allstays! We were too tired to continue on I-20. Super friendly staff. Easy access off highway and easy site. She even took a picture of our Lance truck camper! Noise from I-20 not too bad. Didn’t use any facility except electricity for our heat. Would stop again.

$24 for full hookups + wifi & cable. Super friendly staff. 3 stars for the value. 0 stars for natural setting. Pretty much a simple grass & gravel lot located right on south side of I-20. It was just what I wanted for one quick night. Would stay 1 night again passing through.

Great place to stop for the night. Safe and clean. If you pull in late, check for working water spigot. Cup over spigot means site has water under construction. Unfortunately, we didn't notice until we were almost fully set up. Thankfully we had water in our tanks. Didn't effect our stay negatively. Lots of locals on site just FYI. We were not bothered by interstate noise. Easy in and out. Late check in box at office door. $24.30/night Good Sam rate. Pleasant manager. We would definitely return if we are traveling this way again.

Very nice lady in the office, Sheila, went in early to check if they had space for us. She called me back before I had a chance to call her after the office opened.
Had a little problem with the shower drain and reported it as we left the next morning and Sheila said she would attend to it as soon as she got in. She thanked me for letting her know.
We were in site 8 up front by the road so it was a bit noisy with I-20 traffic but the AC was on so it was not too bad.
Quite level site with cable and good hook ups. Strong Verizon signal so didn't use their wifi. Pet friendly. Helpful info sheet. Well lite space felt safe and secure. Traveling in 25 foot motorhome no pull behind.
The next review down, at least at the moment, is for the Ole Town Cotton Gin RV Park in Goodlett Texas not Miss Ellie's.

Super friendly ladies on the phone, Kim & Terry. Kim was concerned of our long drive and getting in late. Traveled from Gallup NM in a 25 ft motorhome.
Space was level all the hooks ups worked well. Good wifi. Limited cable TV, pretty much CNN and a few fuzzy ones. Clean shower rooms and bathrooms also ADA.
Interesting old cotton gin building with office and very small store. Campsites were level, they said they grade them regularly and it shows. Flowering bushes and some planters nice grass. There is a pool and a deck with tables and chairs but we did not use it.
GPS couldn't find the address but it is easy to find. Good Sam but not sure we received the discount since we forgot to mention it at check out but did when we called and made the reservation. Paid $38
We would stay here again if traveling this road.
