Nice overnight stay with 26 ft TT. Friendly manager, well kept park. Spot was level enough we were able to stay connected, although one side on 2 blocks. Good power, cable, WI-FI. Did not try to fish - only access is dock. Entry controlled with RF tag. Would definitely stay here again!

Try to make a reservation. Was honest and said I would be coming in late. Have to be there by 10 pm or you are out of luck. They completely did not care that we were driving in from over 200 miles away and do not get off work until 5. They did not care about my money which obviously means they would not care if something was wrong while I was there. My hard earned money will go else where.

Great 5-night night stay. Awesome park- level spaces, well kept lawns, private bathrooms (very clean and nice), super staff (especially Alise, who helped us immensely as we were coming in). Beautiful facility.

This is a great hidden gem just 15 minutes south of Tyler Texas. We have a 45 foot with a dinghy. The pool Throughs were concrete and level. there is a indoor swimming pool, fishing lake and individual dog runs that are gated. The staff was very friendly in fact the person put 2 x 6 planks under our coach for leveling make sure everything was perfect.

Do you want a place to stay for a night, week or month? This is it no matter how long you will be here. Pull through for $27 GS. Clean, level concrete pad, grass, indoor/outdoor pool, covered entry for registration, showers, washer/dryers, fishing pond. Helpful staff, grounds keeper assisted in getting us in to our site. Highway noises when you are outside, but trees between road and park dampen down the noise, you can carry on a conversation without talking loud (and I am partially deaf). Just south of Tyler Texas the Rose Capitol of the World (not sure who gave them that name), but park down here and enjoy Tyler.

Very nice rv park. Great fishing and year round indoor pool. We live here fulltime. The bathrooms are a nice amenity but rarely are they cleaned. They are picky on site selection so be patient. The store is closed itermitantly theoughout the day but usually there is a sign with a phone number posted on the door so again be patient. The guy who works maintanance is not very friendly so i would advise you to have little interaction with him. The managers seem nice and have been attentive to our request. All in all i dont think you will find a better rv park to stay in for an extended amount of time

We are new to the camping scene. We stayed 3 nights. The campground is well laid out and sites are level. Trees are small so not a lot of shade yet. Bathroom layouts were great, there were multiple bathrooms, just like home enter lock the door and you have your shower ,toilet and sink. Great for families.
We camped in a fifth wheel
89.00 for three nights.
