Easy to get in and out. Nice concrete pad. Was a good central location to Kemah Boardwalk and Galveston.

Nice RV Park with a few problems! Sites are cement and level, a little tight to back into but not impossible. Wi-Fi was better than most, cable or should I say Dish network was nice as long as the weather was good. Most people are plant workers living there full time, majority are nice and friendly. Laundry room / Showers / Kitchen facilities were not air condition or heated. The laundry machines were seldom cleaned and need to be updated. The showers were seldom cleaned and the water pressure was very low, if you try to take a shower while the washers are going you can forget about hot water. When you get out, prepare to sweat or freeze depending on the weather. Office manager was friendly but ignorant on how to keep books. They require a deposit but have no idea how to refund it. Pet friendly but do not have a doggie park. Probably would not go back unless they did some updates. There are nicer parks down the road in Dickinson for a few more dollars.

Lots of long-term workers here. Entrance is tight for big rigs or fifth wheels. Not bad after that.
