I would agree with the last reviewer on most points. HOWEVER, it is an older park and the corporation that owns it (Encore) has not updated the park. Water and sewer breaks are a common occurrence. Streets are narrow and not repaired making them dangerous for walks. Photos on the site are not representative of the park as a whole. There are many ancient trailers in the park. Before you book here be sure to take a look in person. There are many other parks in the valley for the same price.

Great place to winter for active seniors. Multiple activities all year long but especially in Jan, Feb, and March. Dances, concerts, RC cars, RC airplanes, Wood shop, stained glass studio, art room, pool activities, billiard parlor, library, sewing group, ping pong, darts, shuffle board, tennis courts, pickle ball courts. I could go on but you get the idea. It is an older park but well kept. The residents many long term are the friendliest you will meet in the Rio Grande Valley.

Winter snowbirds run the place. Good for seniors, not so much for us.
