TipOTexas is an adult only RV Resort. There are SO MANY activities you need a calendar to keep up! ? Some super nice people.

We came and stayed the winter and found really friendly people. There are great facilities. The club house area has a laundry -convenient to one of the two pools and hot tubs, mail, craft rooms, wood shop, regular happy hours and music. Pickleball, Tennis, shuffleboard, a pool table room with about 8 tables, other games to join in on any time. I like to run and there are people out running, walking, biking all overt he park. The loop is about a mile so its easy to get my 5k done in the park. Hookups are easy and well laid out. The office hours are good and any time we needed anything they were very friendly. We needed a second lot for storage and it was inexpensive. It's an "Adults" park rather than a 55+ so there were younger campers and digital nomads mixed in with the 55+ group too. We needed some work done on our Class A RV and because of the sheer number of resorts here it was easily done with local shops and same day mobile techs. It's well located to explore the valley.

We came here expecting to find a relaxed family crowd here. For the most part we did. There are some great residents.

There are also several residents that are hell-bent on destroying the park with their hatred. There is no place in the park you can be where there isn't some dung-slinging. Management refuses to address the poison.

Totally ruined our winter stay.
