The Good: Perfect for a one night stay. Large lots. Quiet. Close to all amenities. Staff is friendly. Clean RV park The bad: No WiFi. No Cable. No curb side garbage pick up. This is an RV park in decline. It is half empty. The permanent residents are not friendly. You must wear a badge just to walk around the park and access the facilities. The front office has no staff on the weekends. They are not dog friendly. The rule book is 1/2 inch thick. Not recommended as a long term winter spot.

Friendly staff, long sites, strict pet rules. Close to shopping. We will stay here again!
