Very nice park in all aspects. When it looks this nice on a grey stormy day in January, one can imagine how nice it would be with green grass and foliage. Spotlessly clean & orderly - exactly what we prefer for an overnight stay.

Excellent park in all respects. Easy in and out from a paved highway. Very well designed pads and roads, all paved and level. Utilities are top-notch and well placed for hooking up. Shower house, toilets, and laundry are all top quality as well as spotlessly clean. No highway noise at night and very little during the day. Park has strong security lights so window shades are a must unless you want to have a well lighted interior of your RV. Trees have yet to reach a height to provide much shade for the interior rows. Landscaping and wide grass strips between pads make each site feel separated from the next RV. The park is managed by a very friendly and efficient family team. We will stay here again when in northeast Tesas. We camped here in a 40' motorcoach.
