We stayed in the RV section for a time. They are building more sites and construction was ongoing. If you need a stable Internet connection while working from your RV, stay elsewhere. There was no WiFi for the RV sites, so we had to use a Verizon hotspot. We stayed on the end of the second row, close to the hotel, and our connection on our phones and hotspot would drop off every 5 minutes. There are laundry facilities in the hotel, but they are locked, so you have to get the laundry room unlocked to use. I cannot speak to the hotel rooms. The ranch is picturesque, with cool buildings that are all locked up tighter than Alcatraz. There is a pool, but the pool house is locked up. There is no dog park, although there are some pens that can be used if you secure the gate. There are some dogs that are allowed to wander freely off leash. Beware the Chihuahuas, as one of them nipped me and my husband on separate occasions.

Pros: Front desk people are very friendly. Nice cement pad. Clean park. Cons: very poor WiFi. Can’t even watch a you tube 3 minute video. Although they have repeater antennas all over. Internet is VERY slow. Also water pressure is high. Make sure you put on a pressure regulator or you may blowout a water line. I would probably not stay there again.

Awesome, clean, friendly. Easy in and out. Easy to make reservation and wonderful to deal with. Bathrooms were AWESOME!!! Military friendly!! Thank you

This is a nice park. However if you need wifi this isn't for you. Has the worst wifi I've encountered in 2 years. They said they were upgrading, but no improvement.

Centrally located near several small East Texas towns that are antique treasures.
Easy drive to Kilgore and Tyler too with their museums and attractions.
Cement pads.
Some low spots if rain occurs.
Good dog facilities.
Nice meeting room. Stage!
2 laundry facilities.
Full hookups.

Pulling 28' Airstream.

Nice park. Good amount of space around sites.
