An unexpected gem! All sites are concrete pad pull throughs with full hookups. Friendly staff, ultra clean facility and grounds. They even provide a continental breakfast! Access is easy on good roads. As an added bonus, the newest Black Bear Diner (one of three in Texas) just opened in the Petro Truck Stop not far away! If I芒鈧劉m ever in the area I芒鈧劉ll stop back!

Good, level, paved, pull through sites. Turns are a little narrow. Easy access of I-10. Free breakfast. Great value $22.50 with Passport America discount. We camp in 38芒鈧劉 motorhome with towed.

Great RV park!! Excellent friendly service and great staff!! They offer breakfast each morning and we were amazed at everything they offered, definitely a real plus! They had a limited number of restrooms but very clean and private. The sites are too close together but the cement pads are narrow. Unfortunately we got here after the rains, so the grass was very wet and muddy. Made it hard to connect without making a mess of yourself. But all said would stay again if in the area as it芒鈧劉s a great deal!

Nice easy stop off I 10. Paved wide roads. Very narrow pads many RV went off pads into deep mud pulling in and out. We stayed in a 45 ft class A with a towed. Very level long narrow cement pads and nice picnic tables. Noticed a nice playground and pool.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting family in Beaumont. Campground was very clean and well-kept. Wife and daughter enjoyed shopping all the TX stuff in the gift shop. Wi-Fi signal was strong. Bathhouses were immaculate. Very convenient access on and off I-10. Will definitely stay again next time in the area.

Very nice park and what a bargain with Passport America- $22.50 with a cement pad, free breakfast, pet friendly, easy in/out. Clean, pool, dog run. Can get muddy in grass areas because it is flat lowland- lots of rice grown in the area.

Stayed one night, passport America rate. This is the cleanest park we have been in in 30 years. Showers are private and spotless. Comp. full meal deal breakfast, and the hostess sweet and friendly. Didn't need laundry but only 1.00 a load. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
