$40 now for all sites/complete hookups. Except for a few cement spots near water everything else is dirt. Rained all night and was nothing but mud next day. Roads are not paved, nor a path to the restrooms. Not impressed. Not a $40 a night spot.

Front desk staff was very nice. Basic stop for the night, no amenities that we saw. Needs a good cleaning, lots of trash in site.
