We first stayed at this campground for a week in July 2022. We absolutely love it. The grounds are clean and the sites are spacious. It is so peaceful. The view of the mountains are spectacular and the deli has great food. You won't find a friendlier and more accommodating staff. We will be staying again in October. We try to make a trip the Smokies twice a year and this is now our go-to campground.

Stayed in site 55. Only one available. Was not level at all. Close to road with lots of loud cars/ trucks driving by. The site itself was nice, shaded, gravel picnic table, fire pit. WiFi great. Staff as friendly. Would stay again but in a different site.

Great site. Strong WiFi and ATT cellular. Large Gravel site. Tons of room between sites. Away from the craziness but close enough to get to all areas of Park.

We had reservations with dogs. Spot given was on a steep hill with 1/3 of our rig hanging off of a good 20ft drop. Uneasy with that set up. Site was narrow and all gravel. Since we had two dogs and no grass unless we walked down the 20ft steep hill, the site would not work for us for 5 days. Owner was great and refunded our money. Maybe next time, but now we know to request a flat site so we can have access to some grass or at least dirt.

If you like privacy this is by far the best RV park around. A little ways off from the site seeing and tourism but definitely worth the extra 20 or so minutes drive. Hilly and spacious, we had complete privacy to light a campfire and allow our young kids to get noisy. Easily 50 feet between you and your neighboring RV. we arrived after hours without a reservation and squatted at one of the sites. when we explained what we did the next morning, the staff couldn’t have been more forgiving and accommodating. We’d definitely stay here again.

Well had to have campground level the site before I could park on it. Had to reconfigure my tv cables since you have to use an infinity box and recalled your TV. No satellite reception on the site. WiFi is spotty. Could not get a consistent signal at our site. Positives are that sites are big. They gave a different site than we were supposed to have. We are here for 13 days unfortunately. If you get the right site, it might be ok. We have a 40ft class A. Would not stay here again.
Update:WiFi is now strong, they leveled the site, still no satellite reception, but we would stay here again. Sites are private.

This is an awesome campground in a great location! It’s very quiet, tranquil, and pleasant. It’s close to everything without being in the middle of the craziness. They maintain the park very nicely and have a very pleasant and accommodating staff. The sites are level, wide, and have a good distance between them. Some sites are in shade others in sun. The cable tv and wifi are awesome; best campground WiFi we’ve ever encountered. We will be back!

This is my second trip to the Smokey Mountains, and this campground is amazing. We have a huge fifthwheel, a beagle, and a coonhound and the sites are amazing in size. You're not packed on top of one another, small campground that is off the beaten path. The staff and everyone we have met are so friendly. We will be back again. The only thing they lack is a laundry facility, but everything else makes up for it!

Great campground with the largest sites I've ever seen at a commercial campground. Very private and not packed in like sardines like many other's in the area. Very well maintained with paved roads and gravel pads.
