I stayed here for two nights in March 2021, off season. I love this place and will be returning. Very well marked office at the entrance to the park. Nice little store for essentials. Pool was still covered, but to be fair it was still freezing at night. This park is clean and well kept! The boathouse is the best! I did not see one cobweb!!!! It is heated, immaculate, great water pressure and hot showers are amazing! Hookups are easy and quick for set up. Gentleman in the office was delightful and funny, I wish I had gotten his name. It was not expensive at all!!!! 39$/night off season rocks, especially coming from the last park I stayed at in Hanging Rock 😳 which was the same price for ALOT LESS!!!! Perfect Little park close to everything 😎

Other reviewers have talked about the great hookups, the cable, great Verizon signal good WiFi, gorgeous bathhouse with background music. The staff was super nice. However: this is the absolutely the most crowded campground we have ever stayed in. Our site literally backed up to three other campers- you could hardly walk between them and your front end was barely off the road. A major highway is very close so take that into consideration of you book here. This just isn’t my idea of camping.

A clean, friendly independent camp ground. Easy access. Wonderful location when visiting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Sites had trees, some grass, full hookups, cable, 30/50 amp connections, and a concrete pad as you come out of camper (thumbs up!). Sites were fairly close but we came during the week in February so not many campers there. We stayed 4 nights. Campground WiFi came and went but I had 4 bars of Verizon, fastest cellular data rate I have ever seen on my iPhone(147 MBits/s down). This is the first time we had HDTV cable in a campground (very nice)! Most campgrounds have fuzzy standard definition TV if they have cable. We were in Site 70, several rows away from the river and the main hwy. Staff was very friendly. We did not use the bath facilities.

Great park. Sites nice. Trees and green despite being close. Last RV park before access road to Natl Park. Laundry, showers/bathrooms fabulous. Huge, a/c. Very clean and updated. Close to all sorts of amenities and attractions.

A well-kept, clean, friendly independent camp ground. Easy in and out. Great location when visiting both Pigeon Forge AND Gatlinburg. The showers were stylish with classic tile. The entertainment provided includes a fully equipped game room, small pool and fair sized hot tub. The Trolley stops at the office, so getting around the area is easy. The 4 star rating comes from the location which is right on the highway, so if you don't care for noisy traffic, beware, particularly if you take a back in site along the river. It is quaint and we were visited by ducks and saw a blue heron along the river. The WiFi is unpredictable and unreliable but the staff in the reception office are humorous and welcoming. Would return to this location again, next time picking a site off the highway.
