Staff was super helpful and friendly. Grounds are very well maintained. Was a little tight getting a 39芒鈧�鈩� travel trailer in there. Roads are pretty narrow.

Pros: Great location just off the main strip. Reasonable prices. They give that 芒鈧�艙good芒鈧�聺 somebody discount. The pool and playground are nice and well maintained. The grassy areas were clearly well cared for. The whole place was very clean. There are a lot of permanent campers. They are rental units so the people are just a short timers. Cons: Very tight. We were in a corner and there were 5 sites with one entrance off the street. There is no noise from the main strip but any car that goes by on the road is only about 15 feet away so there is some traffic noise. Thankfully, there is almost no traffic at night. We have stayed many times in the Pigeon Forge area. This is not out first choice but is certainly on a short list of alternates. It is clean, well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. I just wish is wasn芒鈧�鈩�t so close together and tight.

Fine enough. Location is a good distance from the main thoroughfare. Nice gravel pull through sites but very close together. Decent playground for the littles. Bathroom could use some better ventilation as the smell was awful.

We stayed there last week. It was a little hilly, but it was only 1 minute off the main strip but far enough you couldnt hear the traffic or anything. Showers/bathrooms were clean. Pool was nice. Gravel sites, mostly level, fire circles and pick nick tables at sites. I would stay there again. There is a grocery store within a 3 minutes drive and dixie stamped is across the street. They have a small store onsite but it is not well stocked.
