Nice hidden gem. Very clean and sits above the traffic and noise. Family owned by very nice folks. Spent Memorial Day 23 and hope to make it back 24.

Very clean , quiet . Hidden back behind a bigger campground . Would definitely go again .

Small and quiet compared to other campgrounds in town. Steep hill to get to the campground, but the height takes you above the noise of the street and town. On the far end of town, but very close to dining and activities. I stayed in a 30 ft C-class with a wheelchair ramp attached to the trailer receiver and I had no problems getting in and out. Good AT&T signal, so didn’t use the WiFi. Bathhouse very clean and the washer/dryer facilities were good as well. Stayed 5 days and would stay again. Trolley stop at front of campground which we used three days and rented a car two days. Enterprise picked us up and dropped us off. Did not give 5 stars due to the hill and not a lot of room if you tow/rent a vehicle.

Return here when in Pigeon Forge. Easy access sites level and shaded. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities are CLEAN...

Pleasantly surprised by this excellent RV park. Up a hill off the main drag and out of the hustle and bustle. Has a nice, small feel to it with sites than feel larger and more wooded than the ones in the surrounding area (we checked many of them out). Beautiful bathrooms. Nice small pool. Friendly office staff. Nothing negative to say except online reservations would be great. Reasonably close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. We will definitely be back.

Stayed one night. Bathhouse and bathrooms the absolute best!! All of property sparkling. Nice small park right off highway. Surrounded by trees. Lots paved and level with concrete pads. The spots are little. Worked out fine for us but we have a 23 foot coach. Staff super friendly and helpful. I did not stay in the cabins but from the outside they looked wonderful. Nice location for both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Price very fair. Would definitely stay again.
