Clean park seems to be well run. Friendly staff. Appears many full timers. We stayed here 1 night and had a shaded pull thru site with no need to disconnect. Sites are small but served our purpose very well. They took cash or check only. We would stop again if in the area.

Whispering Oaks Campground was a great place to stop. We normally spend 2 nights at every stop but we just stayed one night because we're in a hurry to get to Florida. It is close to I-24, and easy to get to. We will definitely stay there again. Friendly staff and beautiful setting.

Seeing the other reviews made me think our overnight stop would be pleasant but I was wrong. We had been driving all day and would be arriving late. The weather was hot and humid so we wanted electricity. Otherwise we would have stayed just about anywhere because we were arriving late and leaving early. The person on the phone was polite but wasn’t keen on us arriving late but didn’t say no and took our payment over the phone. When we arrived there were no instructions for finding our site. We had been told site 39 but it was already occupied. The site numbers were not marked clearly and it appeared two RVs were parked in every site. Most of the RVs were permanently parked. Not much evidence of RVers like ourselves who are traveling. Another day, different circumstances this place might be fine. Our situation was less than acceptable.

Possibly the nicest staff ever. Nice to be surrounded by trees. $35 cash or check.

Highly recommend this park. Quiet, well maintained, great staff. Close to Highway and in the trees.

We called the morning of our visit and they were able to accommodate our 43 ft motor home and tow car into a pull thru. Upon arrival we were unstable to start our car. The owner Shane and a neighbor trouble shooted our wiring issue between the rig and car for 2 hrs. We were unable to resolve the issue but because of their hard work and knowledge I was able to understand the problem and how to continue traveling. A big thank you to Shane and his hospitality. A gem of a campground with a friendly staff. We will definitely go out of our way to stay here again.

Stayed in 37 ft motorhome in Jan. 2020. Easy on and off interstate. Good for overnight stay. Friendly staff. Park looked to be mostly full time occupants. We did not see a bath house. Charged us 40.00 for a mid week stay. We would use again for an overnight stop.

After a long few days on the road. The wife, dogs and I needed a quick stop. We were able to find this gem at the last minute. Friendly campground, easy on and off the interstate, clean bathrooms, and a pool. We only spent the night but have already decided we are going back for a long weekend. Nice shaded sites and good pull through for our 34’Motorhome

Stayed for one night on the way home. Pull throughs are long and in the trees. There is a decent playground, a pool and a large field the kids played in after being cooped up in the truck all day. The park feels a little older but is well maintained and the staff was great. Convenient to I-24. $35 for 50 amp FHU. I would definitely stay again if passing through.

This is a great place. We stayed for just an overnight. It is handy to the interstate but far enough away that we didn’t hear any interstate noise. Safe and friendly too. Beautiful trees all throughout the park. We would definitely stay here again.
