Very narrow pads. With big drop off pad. Husband fell coming out of drivers side door. One bar on ATT, no cable channels. Very nice clean bathrooms. They sell firewood for $5 a small bundle. Would not return and will be leaving early.

Camped one night Saturday March 9, 2024 w/o reservations; Lots of availability. Campsites have paved pads but they are small and the surrounding area is very wet, bur decent separation and privacy; nice bathrooms. Some hiking available and in a pretty wooded area. Good spot if you're passing through.

Stayed August 13, 2022 for one night in truck camper site 23. I enjoyed this site, good separation from neighbors and surrounded by trees. Fairly level covered back in pad . Table, grill, and fire-pit. Good reception with AT&T MIFI. Did not use facilities. Park Ranger stopped by to check in very pleasant. Campsites in a circle fairly tight might be a problem for big rigs. Would like to come back in fall and explore the park more fully.

We stayed 2 nights during a very wet spell Aug 25-27. Park is undergoing renovation with new power and water and a single new bathhouse. Vegetation is dense so nothing can dry therefore it had a swampy feel. We loved the park and walked the ancient site. Also close to town so lots of amenities nearby. We would come back in a drier season

Park is beautiful, very interesting history, but campground was super muddy in July, miserable! Asphalt parking pad too narrow, no place to walk when mud all around site. Park personnel had spread some straw beside pad but with all the rain, mud, it was impossible to walk to truck or out to road without getting muddy shoes. Recent storm took down big trees in the campground which are still fallen over with roots exposed. Maybe in another season, but we would not stay there again in summer.

EXCELLENT place. Great history, trails and especially small waterfalls. We’ve been here 4 times and come back every year because it’s right off the highway. We have a large 40’ diesel RV. Can be tight in some places but do not pass this place up!

This was my very first RV Campground experience. It was a gorgeous place. I'm in love with the river and waterfalls at the camp. It was amazing! We had a fire pit and we had a blast hiking along the river.

This was a very beautiful place to camp! We were on the edge of the river. Almost all the sites have a place for a tent if you need it. Only 30amp hookups and I didn't like that the electric and water are on opposite sides. There are many beautiful waterfalls within walking distance! The bridge you go over to get to the camp site is a pretty cool! The bathrooms were dirty, but warm. I would highly recommend it to stay at!!

Awesome forested campground! Handful of hiking trails, relative seclusion from surrounding sites, plenty of deadwood to forage with a short walk!
