Well, folks this is no longer a KOA. I did a pop in and the fellow at the desk said has not been for over a year. They shockingly wanted $70 a night. This campground out in the middle of nowhere. Did not stay. Please note we are required by this site to rate the stars so therefore a #1

Great location with level gravel sites. Lots of trees! Easy access from freeway. Stayed 5 nights to visit with family. Did not use restrooms, laundry or kids activities. Sounds from freeway help put you to sleep. We were in a 29芒鈧劉 C-class towing full-sized SUV.

Beautiful little spot. Only stayed one night. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and splash pad.

I was interested in staying here during Bonnaroo. I called for rates and was told the owner had to get in touch with me to discuss. I芒鈧劉ve never not been able to call an RV Park and immediately tell me their rates, even for a special occasion. The next day he started texting me videos and ads while still not answering my question about what the rate was. Then he called me the day after that. I asked him what the rate was for Bonnaroo. He evaded the question and started asking me if I had ever been to Bonnaroo and I said 芒鈧搉o芒鈧. Then he proceeds to tell me about the concert and I politely cut him off after about a minute and said, 芒鈧揥ith all due respect sir, I know about Bonnaroo which is why I芒鈧劉m going to it. I芒鈧劉m just interested in learning what your rate is for the week.芒鈧 He said 芒鈧揑芒鈧劉m just gonna have to talk to you later芒鈧 and hung up on me. What???? I have no idea why I have to jump through these invisible hurdles to find out what the rate is. My guess is it芒鈧劉s a rip-off and he芒鈧劉s trying to build it up. I will never try to go there during any time of year after this experience.

Beautiful and clean for sure. Found we had inconsistent to no water pressure in the morning. Our mistake pump wasn芒鈧劉t comply in upright position. Would be helpful to have directions. This was frustrating. We will know better next time. Still learning.

Stayed one night while traveling to Florida. Nice folks checked us in and accompanied us to our site and we enjoyed our stay other than the poor WiFi and constant interstate road noise. Beautiful big trees. Quite a few long-term guests nearer the back.

4 Stars for Allstays review. We stayed 1 travel night. Very nice overall. Just off of I-24. Site was premium with wide concrete pad so door steps extended onto concrete. Park had a hot tub (portable) that was clean and water kept spa hot! The grounds were very well kept and clean including the bath house. Helpful staff. The only downside was the highway noise from adjoining I-24 when outside on patio but not overly noticeable when inside RV. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros:
-very clean and shaded sites. Spacious for a KOA parking lot.
-camp store with basic needs, milk and eggs ect...
- the small pool was very nice with kid orientated toys like a slide.
- nice small playground
-close proximity to highway, walmart, and several restaurants. There's even a Starbucks just down the street.

Cons:
-$$$$$$ way over priced. $57 with a discount in August,2015.
-sites are on hills. Some are leveled and some are not even close. Not terrible.

Final Words:
Good place to stop for the night if you need a pool for the kids and you don't mind the price being so high. Otherwise, there are other options in the area. KOA's are way overpriced so there's no surprise there. I agree, if you can get a hotel room cheaper, there's a problem. This is Manchester Tn, not Orlando Fl. Your prices should reflect.

- I would stay here again only if I needed hookups and a pool, otherwise there is a free Walmart parking lot 2 miles down the road for an overnight stop.

We stayed one night and found the staff very friendly & helpful. We had to have an extra long site as we were towing a car so it cost $51.20 with our membership discount. The other pull through sites were $46. This is a great camp site for pets & kids!! The pool was great & even had a hot tub. Restrooms & showers looked very clean. The whole campground was very well maintained!! They gave us a free USA Today paper when we checked in. They offered many things in the little store they had and many places to choose from to eat within a mile of camp site. Was a great experience & would recommend the stay. Very easy off & back on the interstate!!
