Quiet place, lots of long term residents. Nice pool and laundry facilities, but bathrooms and showers are just okay. Sites are not level, you can see extension cords slightly buried between sites. Sites are also very close together in some areas. We stayed 4 days but it was the location that kept us here. B6 was the closest to level, but we still had to try to level our RV.

Very nice facilities. We were just here for an overnight between Virginia Beach and New Orleans. Had spot C1, which is directly across from the restrooms/showers. Partial shade, nice little deck. Convenient water and electricity hookups, good WiFi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Avoid at all costs!!! I concur with the previous review. Site required 4x4 to get into. Barely got my slides out we are so close. When they showed me my site I thought they were kidding. If it wasn’t 11:00 at night I wouldn’t have even considered it.

One night layover - very pleased. Family owned-very clean - excellent, friendly staff. $10 Uber ride to downtown Knoxville. Pool was clean with nice outdoor furniture. There are permanent residents but the atmosphere is outdoor friendly. Great for a layover, excellent BBQ place across the street. On the Tennessee river, lots of sites with views. Ask for a level, easy in and out site and you'll be pleased, like we were.

I had to give this place one star because, there isn't a ZERO!! It is almost impossible to put into words just how bad this place is. This place is overrun with LONG time residents, the spaces are TIGHT. The people to our left were maybe 6 feet away from us. The pads were just grass or dirt, God help you if it rains because no of the sites were flat. They were either up really up hill or down hill and I mean UP hill. I had to put my truck in 4X4 to us in our spot. In short, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
